AbstractAbstract
[en] Synthesis and caracterization of coordination compound formed by interation between l-asparagina (HL) and copper (II) ion are discussed. Elemental analysis, Visible and Ultraviolet electronic Spectroscopy, Infrared Vibrational Spectroscopy, Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and melting and/or decomposition point are made; it is also possible to: a) Synthesize the complex with high degree of purity; b)determine the ß sub(max) for absorption in the Visible and Ultraviolet, as well as the molar absorption coefficient; c) determine the probable structure of the complex; d) calculate the kinetic parameters and the break factor by means of radiolysis in ammoniacal aqueous solution of sample submitted by a 60Co source of ß-radiation (Gamma Cell); e) separate the complex from the ionic fractions formed by radiolysis, by means of cromatography in their layers; f) determine the porcentage of Cu in this complex by neutron activation; g) justify the complex resistence in solid phase, to gamma radiation. Apresenta-se um estudo da sintese e caracterizacao do composto de coordenacao a partir do Cu(II) com a l-asparagina. Foram feitas a Analise Elementar, Espectroscopia Eletronica na regiao do visivel e Ultravioleta, Espectroscopia Vibracional na regiao do Infravermelho, Ressonancia Magnetica Nuclear e determinacao de Pontos de Fusao e/ou Decomposicao. Durante as pesquisas realizadas consegue-se: a) Sintetizar o complexo com pureza; b) Determinar o ß sub(maximo) de absorcao no visivel e ultravioleta, assim como as absortividades molares; c) Atraves da espectroscopia vibracional na regiao do infravermelho determinar a estrutura provavel do composto; d) Determinar os parametros cineticos bem como o fator de quebra em solucao aquosa amoniacal em amostras submetidas a radiacao gama proveniente de uma fonte de 60Co (Gama Cell); e) Separar CuL2 das fracoes ionicas provenientes da radiolise, por meio da cromatografia em camada fina; f) Determinar o cobre no complexo bem como na fracao ionizavel por ativacao neutronica; g) Finalmente justificar a resistencia do complexo, em fase solida, a radiacao gama.
