[en] We use the result of the monopole in the SU(2) gauge theory, the isospin degrees of freedom converted into spin, to show a mechanism which can give the condition msub(q,l)rsub(q,l) << 1 in the composite model of quarks and leptons. In this paper, we have suggested a preon model with flavons fsub(i), chromons Csub(α) and somons ssub(k), in which the SUsub(H)(2) x Usub(A)(1) x Usub(B)(1) binding forces are broken spontaneously by a triplet of Higgs fields. The SUsub(M)(2) give a nonabelian monopole background field and Usub(A)(1) x Usub(B)(1) are interpreted as arising from hidden electric and magnetic type charges. (author)
