AbstractAbstract
[en] The 60Ni nucleus has been studied via the 58Ni (α, 2pß) reaction at Esub(α)=32 MeV using in-beam ß spectroscopy techniques. High-spin states up to 10 MeV excitation have been established. Among the 5 branches depopulating the Yrast Jsup(π)=7- state, has been found an E3 transition down to the 4+ state. Comparison with direct reaction results leads to assign very probably the [ßfsub(5/2),ßgsub(9/2)]7- configuration to the Jsup(π)=7- Yrast state at 5349 keV. Other high-spin states might be accounted for by the breaking of the 56Ni core
