AbstractAbstract
[en] By means of electrical resistivity measurements the solution of He in the Nb-2,5% Zr alloys was studied with and without neutron irradiation. The resistivity increases with the He diffusion in the alloys during isothermal annealings. These isothermal annealings permit the determination of parameters like: relaxation time, diffusion coefficients activation energy and vacancies supersaturation. A contribution to materials technology of power reactors, is done. (Author)

Por meio da resistividade eletrica estudou-se a dissolucao do He nas ligas Nb-2,5% Zr com e sem irradiacao neutronica. A resistividade cresce a medida que o He se difunde nas ligas durante recozimentos isotermicos. Esses recozimentos isotermicos permitem a determinacao de parametros tais como: tempo de relaxacao, coeficientes de difusao, energia de ativacao e supersaturacao lacunar. Visa-se contribuir para a tecnologia de materiais de reatores de potencia. (Autor)Original Title
