AbstractAbstract
[en] The mechanical behavior at 6000C of weldments made of type 304 stainless as base metal and niobium containing type 347 stainless as weld metal has been investigated. This was done through tensile and creep tests. Heat treatments at 6000C and up to 6000 hours permited a simultaneous follow up of the mechanical and microstructural changes. It was observed that the exposure at 6000C under load contributes, from the begining, to the strengthening of the weld. This is due to the acceleration of the second phase precipitation hardening. Investigou-se o comportamento mecanico a 6000C de juntas tendo como metal base o aco inoxidade 304 e como solda o aco inoxidavel 347 que contem niobio. Esta investigacao foi realizada atraves de ensaios de tracao e fluencia. Tratamento termico de ate 6.000 horas a 6000C permitiram simultaneamente o acompanhamento de alteracoes mecanicas e micro estruturais. Observou-se que a exposicao a 6000C sob carga contribue desde o inicio para um fortalecimento da solda por aceleracao do processo de endurecimento por precipitacao de segundas fases.
