AbstractAbstract
[en] 75Br is a potentially useful isotope for positron emission tomography but its preparation in high purity has required the use of a relatively large cyclotron. It has been found that quantities of the order of 30 to 40 millcuries can be prepared by the 78Kr(p,α) reaction at energies between 12 and 15 MeV and the product contains less than 0.1% of 76Br contamination
