AbstractAbstract
[en] Three iron-boron amorphous alloys and the crystalline Fe3B alloy have been irradiated at liquid hydrogen temperature. 2,4 MeV electron irradiation induces the creation of point defects in the amorphous alloys as well as in the crystalline Fe3B alloy. These point defects can be assimilated to iron ''Frenkel pairs''. They have been characterized by determining their intrinsic electrical resistivity and their formation volume. The displacement threshold energy of iron atoms has also been determined. 10B fission fragments induce, in these amorphous alloys, displacement cascades which lead to stable vacancy rich zones. This irradiation also leads to a structural disorder in relation with the presence of defects. 235U fission fragments irradiation modifies drastically the structure of the amorphous alloys. The results have been interpreted on the basis of the coexistence of two opposite processes which induce local disorder and crystallisation respectively

Trois alliages amorphes a base de fer et de bore et l'alliage cristallise Fe3B ont ete irradies a la temperature de l'hydrogene liquide. Les electrons de 2,4 MeV induisent, aussi bien dans les alliages amorphes que dans l'alliage cristallise Fe3B, des defauts ponctuels que l'on peut assimiler a des ''paires de Frenkel''. Ces defauts ont ete caracterises par mesure de leur resistivite electrique intrinseque et de leur volume de formation. L'energie de seuil de deplacement des atomes de fer a egalement ete determinee. Les fragments de fission du bore 10 induisent, dans ces alliages amorphes, des cascades de deplacements qui aboutissent a la formation de zones, riches en lacunes, stables. Ce type d'irradiation induit egalement un desordre structural directement lie a la presence des defauts. L'irradiation par les fragments de fission de l'uranium 235 modifie considerablement la structure des alliages amorphes. Les resultats ont ete interpretes par la coexistence de deux processus antagonistes qui induisent respectivement une mise en desordre locale et la cristallisation des echantillons amorphesOriginal Title
