AbstractAbstract
[en] To meet the rigid requirements on reliability and safety of the heat transfer components of the prototype reactor for nuclear process heat generation, detailed knowledge of the reactions between the working gases and metal surfaces of the plant is required. The central problem is to find out whether corrosion phenomena are more important influencing parameters for the maximum operating temperature than the temperature-dependent strength data of the alloys used. Further, quantitative descriptions of the damage processes are required which may then be considered in component strength calculations. (orig./IHOE)

Um den hohen Anforderungen nach Zuverlaessigkeit und Sicherheit der waermeuebertragenden Komponenten in der Prototypanlage fuer Nukleare Prozesswaerme gerecht zu werden, sind detaillierte Kenntnisse der Reaktionen zwischen den Betriebsgasen der Anlage und den metallischen Oberflaechen noetig. Als wichtigste Frage ist zu klaeren, ob die maximale Betriebstemperatur durch Korrosionseffekte staerker begrenzt wird als durch die temperaturabhaengigen Festigkeitswerte der vorgesehenen Legierungen. Desweiteren muessen quantitative Beschreibungen der Schaedigungsprozesse abgeleitet werden, die in den Festigkeitsberechnungen der Komponenten beruecksichtigt werden koennen.
