AbstractAbstract
[en] The main goal of this project is the development of protective coatings to reduce or prevent Tr and H permeation through the heat exchanger walls of HTR components. The tasks of the project are: Measurement of the permeation inhibition efficiency of oxidic coatings on the high-temperature- resistant heat exchanger walls; establishing the parameters influencing permeation by variation of the process gas and steam parameters, temperature and mechanical stress; characterisation of coatings and correlation of coating characteristics with permeation measurements; investigation of permeation and corrosion mechanisms; quantitative description of H and Tr permeation by means of mathematical/physical models. Uebergeordnetes Ziel dieses Vorhabens ist die Entwicklung von Schutzschichten zur Reduzierung oder Unterbindung der Tritium- und Wasserstoffpermeation durch die Waermetauscherwandungen von Hochtemperaturreaktorkomponenten. Die Programmpunkte sind: Messung der permeationshemmenden Wirkung von oxidischen Korrosionsschutzschichten auf den Waermetauscherwandungen aus Hochtemperaturwerkstoffen. Erfassung von Einflussgroessen auf die Permeation durch Variation der Prozessgas- und Dampfparameter, der Temperaturen sowie der mechanischen Belastungen. Charakterisierung der Schichten und Korrelation von Schichteigenschaften mit Permeationsmessungen. Studium von Permeations- und Korrosionsmechanismen. Quantitative Beschreibung der Wasserstoff- und Tritiumpermeation durch Anwendung mathematisch-physikalischer Modelle. (orig./IHOE)Original Title
