[en] This document provides a summary of the geology and mineral resources for the Los Angeles, Needles, Salton Sea, San Bernardino, and Trona 1⁰ x 2⁰ quadrangles of the National Topographic Map Series. Savannah River Laboratory has issued hydrogeochemical and stream sediment reconnaissance reports for all but the Los Angeles quadrangle. The report is issued in draft form, without detailed technical and copy editing. This was done to make the report available to the public before the end of the National Uranium Resource Evaluation
