[en] In order to analyse the influence of the deviation from the equilibrium distribution of the fast deuterons on the neutron spectrum, the limiting case, corresponding to a two-dimensional mono-energetic deuteron distribution, was studied. An essential difference in comparison to the equilibrium case is the appearance of a pronounced peak in the side-on spectra at Esub(n)approx.=2.5 MeV. A comparison of the theoretical and experimental data was made. If we take into account the relaxation processes, there results a good agreement between theory and experiment. (orig.)
