AbstractAbstract
[en] Conditions for hydrothermal crystallization in Sb2O3-Sc2O3-K(Cs)F-H2O systems are studied. Crystallization fields of phases are determined depending on the ratio of initial oxides and concentration of K(Cs)E solUtions. The region of the optimum yield of Sc3Sb5O12 monocrystals is found. It is shown that the yield of Sc2Sb4O9 monocrystals linearly depends on the concentration of the aqueous CsF solution. Dielectric and pyroelectric properties of Sc3Sb5O12 compound are investigated; its isostructural nature with In3Sb5O12 is stated
