AbstractAbstract
[en] The temperature dependences of the upper critical field H/sub c/2(T) and electrical resistivity rho(T) of Chevrel-phase compounds Mo6X6X/sup prime/2 (X = S, Se; X' = I, Br) have been studied. It was found that as the temperature is reduced from 300 to 15 K, the resistivity increases by 30 to 40% and the H/sub c/2(T) dependence is almost linear over the whole temperature range investigated. The relation between the temperature dependences of H/sub c/2 and rho and features of the crystal structure of halogen-substituted molybdenum chalcogenides were analyzed
