AbstractAbstract
[en] The micronucleus (MN) assay in human lymphocytes can be automated with relative ease. Important new information concerning both the MN and the nuclei can be derived from quantitative analysis of the microscope images. The more immediate impact of this work will come from our development of new methods for staining human lymphocytes, that allows immediate identification of the proliferating cells, and for staining human sperm, that allows immediate identification of the fertile sperm
