AbstractAbstract
[en] A survey of atomic defects in thermal equilibrium is presented. In the first part the temperature and pressure dependence of the concentration of point defects is discussed. The second part is a description of experimental techniques used in thermal equilibrium. In the third part measurements of vacancy formation enthalpies of the refractory metals by means of positrons are presented. (orig.)
