AbstractAbstract
[en] The lifetimes and lifetime limits of certain levels in 44Sc were obtained using the reaction 27Al(19F,pnγ)44Sc and the Doppler shift attenuation method. The states were populated by direct reaction mechanisms using a 39-MeV fluorine-19 beam incident on a thin (150μg.cm-2) aluminium-27 target. Lifetimes obtained with this reaction are compared with lifetimes for the same states in 44Sc using other reactions but the same technique
