AbstractAbstract
[en] Peculiarities of acceleration and propagation of energetic particles in low power solar flares are discussed. It is shown that for low power solar flares an essential part of approximately 1 MeV protons and > 40 keV electrons accelerated and injected into the interplanetary space are propagated up to the environment of the Earth without scattering along the lines similar for both types of the particles. Ffrom flare to flare the length of the line covered by particles varies from 1.5 to 2.5 AU. The moments of particle injection with accuracy up to approximately 1 mln occur during the periods of fast phase of the corresponding flares observed by excursions of microwave and x radiations. Duration of acceleration and injection of particles in the events under consideration does not exceed several minutes
