AbstractAbstract
[en] Effect of alloying and forcing of regimes on the structure, composition and properties of wear-resistant building-ups is studied. It is shown that current increase from 1000 to 2000 A does not produce a considerable effect on the change of chemical composition of the third layer of building-up and structure of carbide and boride metal phases of the system Fe-C-Cr-B. γ→α transformations in the structure of alloys, built-up by means of forced regimes result in the increase of wear resistance in the process of exploitation, which might be connected with additional energy consumption in the process. Increase of alloy wear resistance (up to 10%) depending on alloying level is due to the decrease of their basis wear
