AbstractAbstract
[en] We present details of a design of a solenoid spin rotator which would enable longitudinal polarisation to be achieved at electron storage rings. The advantages of the system are the ease of helicity reversal - no orbit displacements are needed, the high degree of polarisation attainable (proportional 90%) and the comparative insensitivity of the polarisation to energy changes.
