AbstractAbstract
[en] New high-spin data for 167Yb and 169Yb are presented. A systematic analysis of relative excitation energies of sigle-neutron states at large rotational frequencies in odd-N ytterbium isotopes from 161Yb to 169Yb is discussed. From this analysis evidence is given for the effective disappearence of neutron pair correlations. (author)
