AbstractAbstract
[en] The potential hazard of a cup decorated with an uranium-containing glaze was determined. The radiation dose was measured by taping film badges to the cup for 24 hours. It was concluded there was no significant health hazard. The only potentially hazardous exposure would be to beta radiation, and direct contact for 20 h/day would be required to reach occupational exposure limits. 16 references, 8 figures, 8 tables
