AbstractAbstract
[en] The study contained in this report estimates the health effects in terms of doses to the populations due to the release of Iodine 129 from the marine outlet for the reprocessing plant located at La Hague. The release taken into account is due to the normal functioning of the plant, which introduces a consistent contamination of the English channel during the life of the plant which is thirty years. The annual release of Iodine 129, as assumed by the operating staff, is equal to either 1,662.1012 Bq or 45 Ci. The dose equivalent to the thyroid of the concerned population due to normal consummation of marine products (fish, shell-fish, mollusc) are very low as compared to the 6.10-4 limit of dose authorized for the public in the actual regulation. L'etude qui figure dans ce rapport estime les consequences sanitaires, en terme de doses delivrees aux populations, de rejet d'Iode 129 a partir de l'emissaire marin de l'usine de retraitement des combustibles irradies de La Hague. Le rejet pris en compte est du au fonctionnement normal de l'usine, qui introduit une contamination stationnaire de la Manche pendant la duree de vie de l'usine, soit 30 ans. Le rejet annuel en Iode 129, suppose par son exploitant est egal a 1.665.1012 Bq, soit 45 Ci. Les equivalents de doses engages a la thyroide des populations concernees par la consommation habituelle de produits de la peche (poissons, crustaces, mollusques) apparaissent tres faibles puisque de l'ordre de 6.10-4 de la limite de dose autorisee pour le public dans la reglementation actuelle.
