AbstractAbstract
[en] Recent developments in the understanding of the relative intensities of INS bands (polycrystalline samples) are described together with the observation of a fundamental transition at ca 380 MeV (C-H stretching mode) uncontaminated by overtone or combination bands. Recent work (>100 MeV) on strongly hydrogen bonded complexes (CrOHO and MFHF-), which have high energy modes exhibiting significant dispersion, is also discussed
