AbstractAbstract
[en] This thesis describes the study of the inclusive muon-pair production with a 200 GeV/c π- beam interacting in a tungsten target. 160000 dimuons with mass above 4 GeV/c2 have been measured with the NA10 spectrometer. Their analysis has led to the measurement of the structure function of the π-. An agreement with previous (less sensitive) experiments is found, nevertheless in the kinematical domain which is studied for the first time deviations from the scale invariance, included in the Drell-Yan model, are observed. They cannot be entirely explained by the QCD predictions in the leading-log approximation or calculated in the full first order in αsub(s)

Cette these est consacree a l'etude de la production inclusive de paires de muons par un faisceau de π- de 200 GeV/c interagissant dans une cible de tungstene. 160000 dimuons de masse superieure a 4 GeV/c2 ont pu etre mesures avec le spectrometre NA10. Leur analyse a permis de determiner la fonction de structure du π- et est en accord avec les resultats des experiences precedentes qui etaient moins sensibles. Dans les regions cinematiques qui sont etudiees pour la premiere fois, on observe des deviations par rapport a l'invariance d'echelle stipulee par le modele de Drell-Yan.
