AbstractAbstract
[en] A device is described for automatically connecting and disconnecting the suspension and regulating rod of a nuclear reactor. The motion is derived from the motion of the lid of the reactor vessel. The lid is understood to be any removable structure which is above the reactor core. So far by means of the handling required operator's attendance and work with part of the reactor core required reactor shutdown. Servicing a great number of regulating rods required a long period of time. The new design achieves fully automatic connection and disconnection of all installed rods simultaneously and without human attendance. The invention may be used for nuclear reactors whose regulating rods are connected to the drive via a suspension rod and have a removable structure above the reactor core. (Pu)
