AbstractAbstract
[en] The aim of the invention was the improvement of the sensitivity and measurement accuracy of ionizing radiation dosemeters on the basis of aluminium oxide. For this perpose 0.001-0.50 wt % carbon was used as an impurity. Experimental results of measurements of thermostimulated luminescence (TSL) and thermostimulated exoelectron emission (TSEE) on the basis of the given dosemeter have shown that the dosemeter sensitivity exceeds the sensitivities of dosemeters on the basis of Al2O3=Si, Ti as well as TdD-100 on the basis of LiF approximately 100 times with respect to TSL and 10 times with respect to TSEE. The dosemeter on the basis of Al2O3:C can be applied to individual and technological control in a wide range of radiation doses from 10-4 to 105 rad
