AbstractAbstract
[en] Three modifications of gas-discharge position sensitive detector of ionizing radiation are described. The detector consists of gas-filled case, with anode located inside it. The electrode ends are connected with the detector electric contacts. To increase the accuracy of ionization point detection at the expense of the decrease in nonlinear distortions of electric potential pulse leading edge, an electric shunt the resistance of which is not less than a third of the anode one is connected to the detector output in parallel to the anode. In the second variant of the detector the shunt presents a conducting layer directly deposited on a filament-like substrate. The anode resistive layer is separated from the conducting layer by a protective dielectric coating. The shunt is connected to the resistive layer by a sprayed metal contact. In the third variant of the detector the electric shunt presents a conducting filament, located inside the filament-like substrate along its axis. The shunts operate only during the pulse leacling edge shaping at the ends of anode filaments and only in the case when pulse leading edges differ from each other, i.e. when electric potential difference appears at the ends of the filaments
