AbstractAbstract
[en] In a fuel element storage pond for nuclear installations, with different water levels, radioactive particles are deposited at the points of contact of the water surface with the pond wall. So that this deposition will not occur, a metal apron is provided in the area of the points of contact of the water surface with the pond wall. The metal apron consists of individual sheets of metal which are suspended by claws in wall hooks. To clean the sheets, these are moved to a position below the water level. The sheets are suspended from the wall hooks during this process. (orig./HP)
