AbstractAbstract
[en] The application of neutron time-of-flight diffraction to texture investigation on polycrystalline solids is described. A composition with the stationary method shows the efficiency but also some disadvantages of the proposed technique. The texture diffractometer NSWR is described, which was going into operation at the pulsed reactor IBR-2. Selected experiments on metallic and geological specimens demonstrate the efficiency of neutron texture analysis using time-of-flight technique
