[en] A monocrystalline Ge target is irradiated by 20Ne (104 MeV) and 40Ar (205 MeV) ion beams, and the channeling maxima at the angular distribution of scattered particles are observed along crystallographic axis and plane directions. Thus, the transformation of the blocking effect into channeling for the particles going out of the depth of the crystal is fixed. Dechanneling length is estimated
