AbstractAbstract
[en] The efffect of hydrogen implanted atoms on low temperature (2.8 - 25K ) specific heat of polycrystalline V3Ci superconductor is studied. It is shown that hydrogen addition into V3Si lattice in solubility limits does not change the specific heat in the 6.5-13 K temperature range. With temperature decrease below 6.5 K the specific heat growth is observed, the value of which at 2.8 K attains 200%
