[en] The most important regularities and interaction between radiation values and values, characterising biological effect expressiveness are considered and discussed. Dependences of dose-effect and survival curves of cells, as well as preservation of vital activity of some organs, dose dependences of their functional changes and animal survival rate are discussed. Radiation damages and their restoration, sensitivity and ways of its modification, interaction between damages and RBE are considered at cell and organism level
