[en] After ventralization of the tuberositas tibiae (Bandi-operation) the elevation can be shown, fractures of the elevated cortical bone and of the implanted bone are demonstrated. After medialization of the patella ligament (Roux-Hauser operation) the site of withdrawal is seen as a hyperlucent area and the site of apposition as a hyperdense area. After implantation of a sledge prothesis riskfactors indicating future complications can be identified by early postoperative roentgendiagnostic. (orig.)

Nach Ventralisation der Tuberositas tibiae (Operation nach Bandi) laesst sich radiologisch die Abhebung beurteilen. Span- und Corticalisfrakturen lassen sich fassen. Nach Medialisierung des Ligamentum patellae (Operation nach Roux-Hauser) ist die Entnahmestelle als Aufhellungsfigur und die Anlagestellung als Verdichtungsstruktur fassbar. Nach Schlittenprothesenimplantation lassen sich Risikofaktoren fuer kuenftige Komplikationen aus der fruehen postoperativen Roentgenuntersuchung ableiten. (orig.)Journal
