AbstractAbstract
[en] This paper solves a Boltzmann kinetic equation to give an expression for the imaginary part of the complex dielectric constant of a plasma containing Condensed Dispersed-Phase CDP particles with allowance for the inhomogeneity of the electron distribution in the electrostatic field of the particles. It is shown that electromagnetic-wave absorption in a plasma containing CDP can give rise to resonance, which occurs if the frequency of the electron motion in closed orbits not intersecting the particle surfaces is close to the electromagnetic-wave frequency. An estimate is made of the scope for observing the phenomenon, and also for using it in diagnosing plasmas containing CDP
