AbstractAbstract
[en] Dynamics of secondary ionization in models with a background of relict gravitating particles is investigated. High energy quants, created by decays of massive unstable particles or primary black holes are assumed to be the source of hydrogen ionization. It has been shown that distortion of recombination dynamics occurs only if the lifetime of the particles is greater than 3x1013 s. It is stated that the rate of change of Thomson optical plasma depth depends on the ionizator power and its lifetime. It is concluded that the nonequilibrium hydrogen ionization at red shifts z < 103 is an effective mechanism of suppression of the small scale anizotropy of relict radiation
