AbstractAbstract
[en] Ways of improvement of PWR and BWR reactor fuel assemblies are considered. Improvements permit to increase fuel assembly power by 2.4 % and to decrease the level of coolant activity, to simplify reactor dismantling, to increase the fuel burnup, to decrease probability of fuel assembly failures which occur due to fuel-cladding interactions, to increase fuel assembly serviceability under transients
