AbstractAbstract
[en] This paper describes a magnetic scintillation spectrometer for the electron component of cosmic radiation. The instrument has characteristics that allow it to be used to study the charge composition and spectra of electron fluxes of cosmic radiation. A diagram of the spectrometer is shown. The average strength of the field created by the magnetic system is ca 3.5 k0e in the working region. Study of the physical characteristics of the spectrometer has shown that it has properties that allow solution of the problem of comprehensive study of the charge and spectral compositions of the electron component of cosmic radiation in the energy range of 20-120 meV
