[en] The Moessbauer emission spectra of 57Co/sub 1-x/O recorded in the temperature range from 293 to 1273 K for samples synthesized under various oxygen-pressure conditions, are used to determine the Debye temperature THETA/sub D/ of these oxides. It is found that THETA/sub D/ decreases when the non-stoichiometric parameter x increases. In the highest temperature range, anharmonic contributions to the vibrational spectrum of the solid are observed. (author)
