AbstractAbstract
[en] The second derivative of the current-voltage characteristic of the point contacts and the double differential cross section for scattering of neutrons in ruthenium are measured. The phonon density of states function F(ω) and electron-phonon coupling function gpc(ω) are determined on the basis of the experimental data for various symmetry directions in the single crystal and for a polycrystalline sample. An anisotropy of gpc(ω) is observed in the single crystal. The gpc(ω) functions are consistent with respect to the position of the singularities but differ with respect to relative intensity. The gpc(ω) and F(ω) functions are compared with the data for other transition hexagonal closely packed metals
