[en] Two recent experiments at SLAC are described, one on electron-proton elastic scattering out to Q² = 31.3 (GeV/c)², and another on 180⁰ elastic scattering from the deuteron out to 2.7 (GeV/c)². The proton data yield new values for the magnetic form factor which are compared to predictions from perturbative QCD. Preliminary results from the deuteron measurement indicate the presence of a diffraction feature in the magnetic form factor B(Q²) at high Q². Recent speculation on the neutron form factors at high Q² and the implications for experiment are briefly described. (Auth.)
