Die Aufklaerungspflicht nei neuroradiologischen Untersuchungsmethoden wird, wie die Darstellung zeigt, vor allem in einer Beziehung akzentuiert: Rein diagnostische Eingriffe muessen in ihrer Gefaehrlichkeit dem Patienten gegenueber umso deutlicher dargestellt werden, je weniger unbedingt dringlich und erforderlich siw Massnahme ist. Ueber extrem seltene Risiken braucht nicht aufgeklaert zu werden, es sei denn, dass der Patient unter den besonderen Umstaenden entweder angezeigt hat, dass er Wert darauf legt oder typischerweise Wert darauf legen wuerde.
