AbstractAbstract
[en] The cross section of the coherent Coulomb excitation of relativistic nuclei travelling through crystals is studied as a function of the growing energy of the nuclei. It is shown that when the energy increases the total coherence regime is reached which results in the cross section increase as a square of the number of atoms. The increase of the cross section is not connected with some resonance condition. A space-time interpretation of the phenomenon is presented
