AbstractAbstract
[en] The nuclear microprobe uses both direct observation of nuclear reactions induced by deuterons and X ray emission induced by protons or deuterons. Thanks to these techniques, concentration profiles of the main elements (C, N, P, Ca...) contained in different parts of healthy teeth (enamel, dentine and cementum) are drawn in control zones and laser irradiated zones. The results obtained show that important perturbations appear during the irradiation by the laser beam; we observe successively, depleted zones in carbon and nitrogen which contain calcium and phosphorus and hypomineralized zones which contain organic material. 10 refs

La microsonde nucleaire utilise a la fois l'observation directe des reactions nucleaires induites par les deutons et l'emission X induite par les protons ou les deutons. Grace a ces techniques on peut determiner le profil de concentration des principaux elements (C, N, P, Ca) des differents parties des dents (email, dentine, cement) saines ou irradiees au laser.
