The preparation method consists in the following: phthalocyanine MC₃₂H₁₆N₈ (M=H₂, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn) and iodine at mass ratio 1:2-10 are placed in two zones in one closed volume and heated in an inert atmosphere under the pressure of 10^-2-10² mm Hg or in vacuum 10^-2-10^-3 mm Hg, the temperature of phthalocyanine 540-580 deg and iodine 70-100 deg is maintained for 30 min.
