AbstractAbstract
[en] Thermal decomposition of NH4IO3x2HIO3 ammonium triodate is investigated. Conditions for existence of NH4IO3xI2O3 ammonium pyroiodate formed under ammonium triodate heating at 1550 deg C up to loss of the calculated mass are determined. Ammonium pyroiodate is stable up to 165 deg C. Curves of complex thermal analysis and X-ray diffractograms of ammonium triodate and pyroiodate, IR-spectrum of ammonium pyroiodate are presented
