AbstractAbstract
[en] Experiments on tungsten reduction from hexafluoride in a centrifuge with partially ionized plasma are carried out. Vapours of tungsten hexafluoride diluted by helium or hydrogen in the pressure range from 0.1 to 0.8 tor were used as working substance. Reduction was realized in a plasmochemical reactor with rotating plasma; in this case the degree of conversion attained 80-100%. Tungsten free of fluorine and fluoride impurities is obtained as the desired product
