AbstractAbstract
[en] Schnoeck-Koster relaxation model (SKR) is proposed, in which SKP peak is interpreted as a linear inelastic response of geometric bends at screw dislocations, interacting with moving introduction atoms, captured into dislocation nuclei, to external elastic stress. The stress external field energy dissipation is conditioned by impurity atom tube fluxes in inhomogeneous elastic fields of geometric bend distribution, disturbed by external stress. Expressions, obtained for Q-1 and relaxation time τ agree with the experimentally observed ones. SKR activation enthalpy concentration dependence is predicted
