AbstractAbstract
[en] X-ray investigation of TlInTe2-TlLa(Ce, Pr)Te2 system solid solutions is carried out. It is stated that they are crystallized in tetragonal syngony on the basis of TlInTe2 lattice. The temperature dependences of electric conductivity and the Hall effect are used to determine thermal width of TlInTe2-TlLa(Ce, Pr)Te2 system solid solution energy gap. At partial substitution of indium atoms by La, Ce and Pr atoms elementary cell parameters are increased according to the additivity law and energy gap is lessened
