AbstractAbstract
[en] X-ray fluorescence method for sampling of ore with regular distribution of useful component is suggested. The method consists in the measurement of quantum flux of characteristic X radiation of the element determined, which is excited by Gd153 radioisotope source in case of initial radiation flux either covered or uncovered by filter. The dependence of the ratio of charactetistic radiation quantum flux in case of covered and uncovered flux of initial radiation (γ or X) on the distance between the probe and ore surface is established. The value of their ratio is determined and accordingly to this value a correction to the measurements is introduced. The invention permits to improve the sampling accuracy
