[en] A system with a microcomputer is developed to automatically perform the experiment of electron scattering. The microcomputer controls pulse motors, ramp generators, 16-bit counters and a pulse height analyzer in a multichannel scaler mode through a bus designed for the use of any microcomputer. High versatility is obtained for various experimental procedures through the sophisticated software. As a typical application, the system is used for the automatic measurements of the angular distribution of electrons elastically scattered by SF₆. (author)
